About
Hi, I am Joerg, a former software engineer with over 8 years of experience running algorithmic trading systems. I trade full-time and make enough profits from my personal trading and investments to dedicate myself entirely to this. My mission is to foster a community that uses AI to develop a fully autonomous trading desk, by providing the knowledge, mindset, and tools to let members thrive.
This is not a get-rich-quick track. If you expect finalised strategies you can deploy and get rich overnight, this is the wrong place. You have the biggest edge when you develop your own unique setups and strategies. I provide everything you need to learn how to discover patterns, backtest, and refine them. In other words, you learn to master fishing yourself, instead of me handing over the fish.
We start from scratch, with no prior knowledge required. All you need is curiosity and a hunger to grow. There are no dumb questions, only incompetent answers. Even though there is a lot of code involved, you do not need to know how to write code. AI agents handle the coding. The only two skills you need to relentlessly develop are articulating yourself clearly and checking for quality.
This community is for you if you want to level up your trading craft and are willing to put in the effort. You can either trade yourself or let your AI agent trade for you. In case you discover you do not like trading, you will at least get a real example of how to leverage AI agents to automate processes and treat yourself like an athlete. That is valuable and applicable to any craft.
Three pillars
The art of trading
Everything you need to successfully trade for yourself. We can only optimise what we master, so mastering the craft of trading is key. Risk management, strategy development, pattern recognition, and trade execution.
The art of using AI
Four specialised agents assist you on your journey. Magnus mentors and unblocks you. Arvid helps you compose strategy definitions with clear rules. Quentin assesses your strategies with rigorous backtests. Tudor executes your strategies on the exchange. You constantly refine these agents as your skills grow.
The art of mastering yourself
Trading and AI are two fast-moving fields. You achieve the best progress when your whole self is involved: your body needs energy, your mind needs to stay sharp, and you need to draw fuel from the progress you make. Mastering yourself is what professional athletes do, and it applies here as well.
More eyes lead to more perspectives, more perspectives lead to more questions, and more questions lead to a better understanding.
What you get
- A structured bootcamp Takes you from zero to your first running strategy. Nine lessons covering the core questions of trading, risk management, leveraging AI, setting up your agents, strategy assessment, trade execution, and manual trading skills.
- Four AI agents You can run yourself. Each has a clear role and prompt you can customise. They work with Claude Code, but you can adapt them to your preferred model.
- Weekly meetings To discuss and address the biggest pain points. These are not recorded to encourage everyone to participate openly. A summary is provided for those who cannot attend.
- Weekly live trading sessions Where setups, concepts, and skills are explained in action. Seeing everything live gives a much richer picture and important feedback.
- Monthly rewards To encourage participation and progress. Members who share how they reached their next level or help others are recognised. The first reward is 250 USDT, given in the first weekly meeting in May 2026.
- Tools and scanners Such as the active symbols scanner that helps you find markets ready to move, updated every 15 minutes.
This is just the beginning. I maintain a weekly release schedule with new material every Friday.
The default instrument is trading SPOT cryptocurrencies on Binance. The main reasons are 24/7 trading, good volume, full API integration, and free real-time and historical data. This enables everyone to practise, regardless of timezone or availability. Other trading venues and instruments will be integrated in the future.
Expect 5-8 hours per week for good progress. Two weekly meetings take roughly three hours. The more effort you put in, the more you grow. All content is markdown first, including prompts to use LLMs as a coach, analyst, evaluator, or whatever your need is. This enables you to reproduce results and find answers to your questions, even when no one else is available.
